ToolKit Hub provides free, web-based calculation and utility tools. All tools are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

No Warranty

The tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about:

  • Accuracy: While we test extensively, always verify critical calculations independently.
  • Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee it.
  • Fitness for purpose: Tools may not be suitable for mission-critical, financial, medical, or legal decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ToolKit Hub or its operators be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Financial losses from incorrect calculations
  • Decisions made based on tool output
  • Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scraping or crawling that exceeds reasonable rates (human-equivalent browsing only)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit malicious inputs designed to disrupt the Service

Automated access by search engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.) is explicitly permitted and welcomed. Rate limits apply only to non-search-bot traffic.

Intellectual Property

Tool implementations (JavaScript logic, algorithms) are original work. Tool concepts (BMI calculation, unit conversion formulas) are based on publicly-available mathematical standards and are not copyrightable.

You may reference our tool descriptions and methodology with attribution.

Our sidebar and footer may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
